Soulmate uses limited profile data, answers and interaction preferences to calculate compatibility insights. Your data is never sold or used for advertising. Compatibility results are informative, not judgments. You remain in control of every decision.
Key Principles
- no scanning of private messages for algorithmic decisions;
- no psychological or medical profiling;
- no discrimination or hidden ranking of users;
- no automated decisions without the user;
- data can be deleted through the app, the website request flow or by email.
